Case Note structure
New case notes should follow this house structure: Facts, Legal Issue, Applicable Law, Analysis, Counterargument, Conclusion, and Disclaimer.
Citations should be concise, with case names, neutral citations where available, statutory references, and source links where appropriate. Endnotes are preferred for longer references.
